Contact List for District-Based Action: NY Greater Capital Region

****

Please read these instructions carefully. You will only be able to submit your information once. The form is detailed, in order to help better organize. The more information we have, the more specific and relevant the results

*****

With many of us overwhelmed on how to proceed with momentum, given the multitude of options, we intend this as a way to organize by federal AND state congressional groups, to make it easier for groups to combine – even 10 or 12 of us at a time – in calling, showing up, and other actions.

All efforts are going to be based upon the tactics of the Indivisible Guide – if you have not yet read this, please get yours here: https://www.indivisibleguide.com/download-the-guide (paste onto your browser)

We are asking for contact information, State and Federal districts, phone number, and information about your level of experience, availability, and skills to offer. This information will NOT be made public. It will, however, be used to connect you with groups that are working on your causes, and to create smaller sub groups to do actions on specific days.

If you are a member of local activism groups, I encourage you to have them submit here too, and have the admins do the same so we can make sure they can have a lists of who to contact when there’s a specific day’s action.

Emails, phone calls and text messages are all used in grassroots activism.

This link tells you who all 4 elected officials are (NY State Assembly, Senate, US Representative, US Senator):
